Intimate Little Bookshop

Here is a picture I took about 18 months ago of the Norrington Room in the basement of Blackwell’s Bookshop in Oxford. It contains over 160,000 books on its 3 miles of shelving. Not only does it contain many academic books used by the students of Oxford University, but also many more accessible tomes. I love browsing here…there is so much information contained here. Even though I love the internet and Kindle, you cant beat the feel and the smell of a real book.
